A quiet place to nest.
Sandy Pines Nesting Place is being created as a quiet foothill hideaway where guests can slow down, reconnect with nature, enjoy simple outdoor living, and stay somewhere that feels memorable without feeling overbuilt.
The property sits on rural land in Dobbins, California, surrounded by pines, oaks, and golden meadow grass. The vision is a small collection of unique glamping stays — a tipi, canvas nests, a garden-side stay, and two premium options — naturally spaced for privacy, with thoughtful touches like a fire circle, a planned garden and chicken coop, and quiet corners for lake-day mornings and stargazing evenings.
We're being honest about the stage: this is an early-stage retreat. Stays, amenities, and opening details are still being finalized. The opening list is how we share real updates with people who care about the project — and a soft entry point into early booking when stays come online.
If a slower, more memorable kind of weekend sounds like your kind of thing, we'd love to keep in touch.
